FARGO — North Dakota State rushed for 363 yards and six touchdowns to power past the North Dakota on Saturday in Missouri Valley Football Conference play before 18,806 fans at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome.

Bison quarterback Cam Miller rushed for a career-best five touchdowns to tie the school record for rushing TDs in a game. Miller rushed for 93 on 16 attempts.

NDSU (9-2, 7-1 MVFC) has won four consecutive games and is in position to potentially earn a top-4 seed for the FCS playoffs. The selection show is slated for 11:30 a.m. Sunday on ESPNU.

The Bison finished second in the Missouri Valley behind South Dakota State, which went undefeated in conference play.
