FARGO — North Dakota State forward Grant Nelson announced Tuesday, April 18, he has declared for the NBA Draft via social media.

From Devils Lake, N.D., Nelson could decide to return to college even though he has signed with an agent.

"I have dreamed of becoming a professional basketball player and I'm going to continue to chase that dream by entering my name into the 2023 NBA Draft, while maintaining my college eligibility," Nelson wrote in his Instagram post.

Nelson has potentially played his final game for the Bison.
