'Swing Training' fundraiser set for Suite Shots

Cody Mauch, Chad Greenway, Roger Maris Jr. to participate next Wednesday

FARGO — Sanford Health is kicking off its Roger Maris All-Star Week early this year with "Swing Training" next Wednesday at Suite Shots in south Fargo, an event that will include former North Dakota State offensive lineman Cody Mauch .

Teams of up to six players can register to play a custom “61” game where each team can play a variety of games and get 61 swings to accumulate points, with 100% of funds raised benefiting the Sanford Roger Maris Cancer Center . Besides Mauch, former Minnesota Vikings linebacker Chad Greenway, former and Roger Maris Jr. will be at the event and taking part in the custom games.

Team check-in and social is at 2 p.m., the ceremonial start at 3 p.m. with a 4:30 p.m. Q&A session and social. To register for the Swing Training event, visit fargo.sanfordhealthfoundation.org/event/2023-roger-maris-swing-training.
