FARGO — North Dakota State rolled to a 43-3 victory against North Carolina A&T on Saturday in nonconference NCAA Division I FCS play at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome.

The Bison (2-0) scored 36 points in the first half and cruised to victory heading into their game at Power Five opponent the University of Arizona next weekend.

Bison receiver Zach Mathis caught a 40-yard TD pass from quarterback Cam Miller on the opening drive against North Carolina A&T and NDSU never trailed.
