OMAHA, Neb. — North Dakota State tried to rally from two sets down but Omaha righted itself and defeated the Bison 25-20, 25-22, 23-25, 25-23 in a Summit League match on Saturday at Baxter Arena.
The Bison had 48 kills but made 18 hitting errors and ended with a .197 hitting percentage.
Syra Tanchin led the Bison with 14 kills, Ali Hinze had 12 kills and Alexis Boling had 10.
Setter Kelley Johnson had 44 assists. Logan O'Brien had 24 digs and Hinze had 21.
The Bison have lost two of three after opening the Summit League schedule 5-0. They are 6-2 in the league and 13-7 overall. They play host to Western Illinois at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20.
