FARGO — North Dakota State leaned on Michelle Gaislerova's big night for a 68-60 Summit League women's basketball victory over Western Illinois.
Gaislerova finished with 29 points, adding six rebounds and shooting 50 percent (5-for-10) from beyond the arc. Emily Dietz added six points and a team-high nine rebounds.
The Leathernecks were led by Taylor Higginbotham's 21 points and 10 rebounds.
The Bison (5-11, 2-2 Summit) hit the road for a Thursday, Jan. 17 matchup with Denver in Denver.
