Women's golf: Bison in fourth place at Seattle University invite

NDSU completed two rounds of the Pat Lesser-Harbottle Invitational on Monday eight shots behind leaders Gonzaga and Weber State.

TACOMA, Wash. — North Dakota State is in fourth place after the first two rounds of Seattle University's Pat Lesser-Harbottle Invitational on Monday at the Tacoma Country Club.

The Bison finished Monday at 12-over 588. Gonzaga and Weber State are tied for the lead at 4-over 580 and Santa Clara is third at 6-over 582.

NDSU's Leah Skaar shot a two-round total of 1-under 143 and is tied for sixth with three other golfers. California Baptist's Hailey Loh leads at 3-under 141 and South Dakota's Emma Henningsson is tied for second with three other golfers at 2-under 142.

The Bison's Madi Hicks is tied for 20th at 3-over 147 and Elise Hoven is tied for 29th at 4-over 148.

The third round is 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4 at the Tacoma Country Club.
