Women's golf: Bison seventh after second round of Lady Thunderbird Invitational

NDSU is 24 shots back of leader Seattle heading into Saturday's final round.

ST. GEORGE, Utah — North Dakota State improved eight shots on Friday and is in seventh place after the second round of the Lady Thunderbird Invitational at the Sunbrook Golf Course.
The Bison followed their first day 314 with a 306 on Friday. Their 620 total is 24 shots off the pace of leader Seattle. Arkansas State is second at 597 and Weber State is third at 607.
NDSU's Jo Baranczyk shot 76 on Friday and is tied for 10th place at 150. Lexi Geolat is tied for 22nd at 154.
The Bison play the third and final round on Saturday, March 12.
