Women's golf: NDSU finishes seventh at Seattle University invite

Gonzaga pulled out the win at the 21-team Pat Lesser-Harbottle Invitational in Lakewood, Wash., on Tuesday.

LAKEWOOD, Wash. — North Dakota State shot a three-round total of 26-over 890 and finished seventh in the 21-team Pat Lesser-Harbottle Invitational on Tuesday at the Tacoma Country Club.

Gonzaga won with an 8-over 872. Weber State, which was tied for the lead after Monday's first two rounds, finished a shot back. Nevada was third eight shots off the pace.

The Bison's Leah Skaar finished tied for sixth at 1-over 217. Elise Hoven tied for 25th at 6-over 222 and Madi Hicks tied for 36th at 9-over 225.

The Bison play next at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational on Oct. 24-26 in Oahu, Hawaii.
