VERMILLION, S.D. — South Dakota hit a solid .427 and defeated North Dakota State 25-20, 25-14, 25-18 on Tuesday at the Sanford Coyote Sports Center on Tuesday.
South Dakota's Elizabeth Juhnke had 13 kills, Madison Harms had 10 and Aimee Adams had nine. Madison Jurgens had 33 set assists, Maddie Wiedenfeld had four blocks and Brooklyn Bollweg served four aces.
The Bison's Ali Hinze had 10 kills, Michelle Glover had seven and Syra Tanchin had six. Reilly Raegen had 24 set assists and Hinze served three aces.
The Bison have lost lost six in a row and have been swept in four of the losses. They are 6-9 overall and 0-3 in the Summit League standings heading into a league game at Western Illinois at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, in Macomb, Ill.
