Bison softball splits pair at Florida tournament

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The North Dakota State softball team split a pair the University of Florida Lipton Invitational on Friday, losing 8-0 to Valparaiso before defeating Gardner-Webb 5-2.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The North Dakota State softball team split a pair the University of Florida Lipton Invitational on Friday, losing 8-0 to Valparaiso before defeating Gardner-Webb 5-2.

The Bison managed just two hits in the loss to Valpo.

In the second game, Nicole Rivera and Jamie Gay each had two hits for NDSU (7-10).
