FARGO - Tyrah Spencer, a 5-foot-9 guard from Bloomington Kennedy in the Twin Cities, verbally committed to the North Dakota State women's basketball program, according to her Twitter account.
She's also a member of the Minnesota Stars that plays at the top AAU level. She has one year left of high school and will be a member of the 2016 NDSU recruiting class.
