Joe Hanstad, Joe Emmerich and Jarl Abrahamson combined for 54 points to lead Dickinson to a 75-66 victory against Grand Forks Red River in the North Dakota Class A state boys basketball tournament quarterfinals Thursday at the Fargodome.
The Midgets (14-9) will take on Mandan at about 8:30 p.m. Friday in the semifinals.
Red River (13-10) heads to the consolation bracket to face Fargo North at 6 p.m.
