Cobber men's soccer claims overtime win at St. Oaf
NORTHFIELD, Minn. — In their regular season finale, Concordia secured a 1-0 win over St. Olaf after nearly 110 minutes in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference soccer Saturday afternoon.
Nate Weaver found the back of the net in the 109th minute to lift the Cobbers. Goalie Noah Sahr recorded the win with eight saves for Concordia.
St. Olaf (9-9, 5-5) outshot the Cobbers 13-10, while Max Stauffer totaled three shots on goal to pace the Oles.
Concordia finished with a 9-7-2 overall record, and 3-7 in the MIAC.
