Cobber wrestlers compete at nationals

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Ben Anderson, Phil Moenkedick and Tony Neumann represented Concordia College at the 2008 NCAA Division III wrestling championships on Saturday.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Ben Anderson, Phil Moenkedick and Tony Neumann represented Concordia College at the 2008 NCAA Division III wrestling championships on Saturday.

Both Anderson and Moenkedick earned a first-round bye but lost in the quarterfinals.

Neumann defeated Ryan Fogliano of Heidelberg in the first round but fell to Craig Bollig of UW-Stevens Point in the quarterfinals.

Concordia tied for 37th place with 4.5 points.
