Concordia volleyball won its matches against Cornwell 30-20, 27-30 30-28, 30-15 and Wartburg College 33-31, 3-20, 30-23 at the Border Battle Tournament in Iowa on Saturday.
Concordia went 4-0 on the weekend and is ranked 16th. The Cobbers face Bethel on Wednesday.

Northern Colorado tops Lopez, Bison
Despite Kelly Lopez's 20 kills, NDSU dropped its seventh straight, losing to Northern Colorado 22-30, 31-33, 30-28, 19-30 on Saturday.
Sheila Parrish led the Bison in assists with 30 and Kari Fagnan had 21 digs.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Kendyll Jones had 17 kills for North Dakota in its 30-23, 26-30, 30-28, 30-22 win over St. Cloud State University in North Central Conference volleyball Saturday.

Bison soccer ties Southern Utah
Olivia Cole punched in the only Bison goal inside the penalty box to force a tie with Sourthern Utah in women's soccer on Saturday.
Patty Romeo assisted on the goal. Goalkeeper Karli Kopietz had 13 saves.
Cathrine Johnson scored the left wing corner goal with an assist from Shanley Ipson for Southern Utah.

Bethel beat Concordia 1-0 as the Cobbers scored on themselves in the second half Saturday in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's soccer.
Bethel goalkeeper Dana Hanson had three saves while Concordia's Dustin Pattengale had one.

Morgan Bain scored three goals and had an assist in Concordia's 4-0 victory against Bethel in MIAC women's soccer Saturday.
