MOORHEAD — Concordia led Carleton much of the second half but Rowan Nelson's 3-pointer with 4:41 to play would be the Cobbers' last points of the game and they fell to the Knights 87-75 in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference game on Sunday.
The Knights outscored the Cobbers 15-0 during that span.
Beck Page led four Knights in double figures with 25 points. He hit 7 of 8 3-point shots. Jeremy Beckler had 17 points and Alex Battist and Luke Harris both scored 11.
Nelson led the Cobbers with 22 points, Talon Hoffer scored 17, Jackson Jangula scored 15 and Dylan Inniger had 13 points and seven rebounds.
The Cobbers fell to 3-6 in the MIAC and 4-8 overall while the Knights improved to 9-2 in the conference and 12-3 overall.
Concordia plays at Macalester at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26.
