The University of Sioux Falls rallied past Minnesota State Moorhead in the game's final minutes to earn a men's basketball victory Saturday at Alex Nemzek Fieldhouse.

MOORHEAD — The University of Sioux Falls rallied past Minnesota State Moorhead in the final few minutes to earn an 80-76 victory against the Dragons on Saturday in men's basketball at the Microtel Thanksgiving Classic at Alex Nemzek Fieldhouse.

The Cougars scored 11 consecutive points at one point in the game's final three minutes to turn a five-point deficit into a six-point lead and eventually a four-point victory.

Matt Cartwright paced USD with a game-high 22 points on 8-for-15 shooting from the floor, including four 3-pointers. Dane Zimmer paced the Dragons with 19 points and a game-high 17 rebounds.
