FARGO — North Dakota State limited Youngstown State to less than 200 yards in a 25-7 victory on Sunday, Feb. 21, in the Missouri Valley Football Conference spring season opener at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome before 6,578 fans.
The Bison rushed for 243 yards, while limiting the Penguins to 51 yards on the ground.
Sophomore running back Kobe Johnson rushed for a career-high 114 yards on 16 attempts, including a touchdown, to lead the NDSU ground game.
