MOORHEAD — Concordia College had its first fall football practice Wednesday at Jake Christiansen Stadium, opening camp with more than 130 players on the roster.

Cobbers head coach Terry Horan is entering his 22nd season leading the program.

“It’s just the excitement in the air. It just never gets old," said Horan, who has coached football for more than 30 years. “I still get excited. I’m still anxious. You want everything to go right.”

Concordia posted a 4-6 overall record last season, including a 3-5 mark in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
