FARGO — As expected, the Summit League and the Denny Sanford Premier Center will remain connected with the conference men's and women's basketball tournaments. The two sides signed an extension through 2025.
The current deal runs through next March. The tournament has been in Sioux Falls for the last 13 years first being held at the Sioux Falls Arena before the Premier Center was built.
"Our tournaments bring regional and national media attention in addition to a substantial economic impact to the community," said Summit commissioner Tom Douple.
