Women's basketball: Dragons ride big fourth quarter to win at Crookston

MSUM's 27-point fourth quarter was the key to an NSIC win over the Golden Eagles on Friday.

CROOKSTON — Minnesota State Moorhead rode a big fourth quarter to a 75-65 win over Minnesota Crookston in a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference win on Friday.

The Dragons led by two after three quarters but scored 27 in the fourth to pull away.

MSUM's Natalie Jens scored 24 points and had eight assists. Terryn Johnson had 18 points and 10 rebounds and Mariah McKeever had 16 points and six rebounds.

The Dragons improved to 9-10 in the NSIC and 12-11 overall. They play at Bemidji State at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11.
