BISMARCK — Fargo Davies scored 49 points in the second half on its way to an 85-67 victory over Bismarck Century on Saturday in high school boys basketball.
Braeton Motschenbacher and Cole Hage each dropped 27 points to lead Davies. Motschenbacher added eight rebounds and five assists, while Hage grabbed seven rebounds and also dished out five assists. As a team, the Eagles shot 28-of-32 from the free-throw line to Century's 6-of-9. Davies had a 40-16 rebounding advantage.
Treyton Mattern totaled 22 points and five assists, while Mason Peterson added 19 points to lead the Patriots.
