DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines tallied a 2-1 overtime victory against the Fargo Force on Saturday night in United States Hockey League action at Wells Fargo Arena.

The loss snapped a seven-game win streak for the Force.

Fargo's Matthew Crasa scored his third goal this year in the second period to tie it 1-1 and eventually force overtime. Trevor Griebel and Tyler Rollwagen each recorded three shots for the Force (9-1-2). Fargo goalie Andrew Miller tallied 29 saves.

Alex Laferriere buried the game-winner for the Buccaneers (6-5) 28 seconds into the extra period.

The Force are off for a week before returning to action Saturday, Dec. 26, at Sioux Falls at Denny Sanford Premier Center.
