ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton had three wrestlers win their first-round matches at the Minnesota state wrestling tournament on Wednesday.
Shawn Johnson (145 pounds), Tayler Yliniemi (189) and Logan Rinke (285) all advanced.
Johnson scored a late reversal on the way to a 6-5 decision over Paynesville's Justin Wendlandt. Yliniemi beat Royalton-Upsala's Dan Gadacz with a technical fall at the 4-minute mark, and Rinke pinned Holdingford's John Scepaniak in 1:34.
Just two of Frazee's seven qualifiers won their first round matches. Those were Mike Lucero at 140 and Cody Nunn at 171.
Pelican Rapids' McKale Evenson advanced at 215, and Tyler Wilson advanced at 171.

New York Mills had three wrestlers advance in Shane Novak (103), Myrone Bell (125) and Jordan Novak (135).
