FARGO-The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks sold the contract of center fielder Drew Muren to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday.
The 27-year-old Muren, who batted .286 with four home runs and 45 RBIs for the RedHawks last season, will attempt to join the Diamondbacks as a pitcher.
Muren is the 67th player in F-M franchise history to have his contract sold to a Major League Baseball organization.
