ST. GEORGE, Utah — Dixie State held on for a 74-73 victory over the University of North Dakota on Wednesday night in men's college basketball.
Mitchell Sueker led the Fighting Hawks with 19 points, shooting 8 of 14 from the field. Filip Rebraca followed with 15 points and six rebounds on 6 of 8 shooting. Seybian Sims poured in 11 points and grabbed six boards.
Frank Staine tallied 19 points and five assists for Dixie State (1-0). Jacob Nicolds followed with 17 points and eight rebounds.

UND (0-2) is scheduled to next play the University of Minnesota at 8 p.m. Friday in Minneapolis.
