FARGO - A search warrant filed in Cass County District Court shows that investigators believe that former North Dakota State football player Jordan Schultenover was dealing marijuana.

Investigators found drug paraphernalia "designed for using, packaging, marketing, receiving, selling and growing" a controlled substance for use and delivery at Schultenover's apartment in north Fargo. Documents show investigators believe Schultenover was bringing "large quantities" of marijuana from the Minneapolis area with the intent to sell.

No charges have been filed in the case, but the police report has been sent to the Cass County State's Attorney's office.

Schultenover was the team's top returning wide receiver.
