Dragons senior Lien set to play in Division II men's all-star game

KANSAS CITY, Mo.-Minnesota State Moorhead senior Aaron Lien has been named to the Reese's Division II College All-Star game, the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced Monday, March 20.The game is scheduled to be played at 7 p.m.

KANSAS CITY, Mo.-Minnesota State Moorhead senior Aaron Lien has been named to the Reese's Division II College All-Star game, the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced Monday, March 20.

The game is scheduled to be played at 7 p.m. Friday, March 24, at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D., where the Division II Elite Eight is being played.

Lien is a member of the 11-player West team.

Lien was also named to the NABC All-District first team in the Central Region. Gage Davis of St. Cloud State and Jordan Spencer of Augustana were also part of the first team. MSUM junior point guard Tanner Kretchman, Ryan Bruggeman of Southwest Minnesota State and Tyler Rudolph of Minot State were named to the second team.
