MOORHEAD-Minnesota State Moorhead fell to Wayne State in a doubleheader, losing 8-7 and 5-1 on Friday, April 14, in college softball.
In the opening game, sophomore Taylor Roddie was 4-for-5 with a triple and two RBIs for the Dragons, while senior Lauren Meeker went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBIs.
Senior Jill Fox drove in MSUM's lone run in Game 2. Senior Hannah Klug and freshman Payton Gaber each added two hits for MSUM.
The Dragons fell to 8-25 overall.
