Monday night brought together a top 10 battle in Class B, No. 2 Kindred hosting No. 7 Edgeley-Kulm-Montpelier in a rematch of last year's state championship. The Vikings took control from the start and didn't look back. Senior Jaiden Peraza scored 9 points as the Vikings earn their seventh straight win, 48-37.
"It definitely felt like there was just a little bit of tension in the air and rivalry, especially from the other team. I know that I saw them eying us and we were eying them, but it's still a fun game," said Peraza.
