OMAHA, Neb. - Fargo North graduate Keri Hehn finished 18th during the preliminary rounds of the women's 100-meter breaststroke Tuesday at the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials.
Hehn finished the race in 1 minute, 9.49 seconds. She just missed advancing to the next round with the top 16 making the semifinals. The 16th place swimmer finished with a 1:09.39.
Former University of North Dakota swimmer Carissa Gormally finished 67th in the 100 breaststroke prelims with a time of 1:11.80.
Hehn, 31, is set to swim in the 200 breaststroke preliminaries on Friday.
