FARGO — A Kobe Senn double and Andy Mach's sacrifice fly brought home two runs in the bottom of the ninth as Fargo Post 400 defeated the West Fargo Patriots 7-6 on Tuesday at Starion Field.
In the top of the ninth, Quade Peters hit a solo home run to put the Patriots up 6-5. In the home half, with one out, Oliver Lucht reached on an error and Easton Rerick followed with a single to put two Stars on. Senn lined a double to center to score Lucht and move Rerick to third. Colten Alme was walked to load the bases and Mach hit a first-pitch fly ball to right field to plate Rerick with the winning run.
Alme hit a two-run homer in the first, Senn had two doubles and two RBI, Rerick had two hits and Caden Graf was 3-for-4.
The Patriots' Brayden Jacobson was 2-for-4 with a solo homer, Cooper Borchardt had three hits and Casey Clemenson and Peters both had two hits and RBI.
