FARGO-FM United Soccer Club and West Fargo Soccer Club announced that they will combine to become United Soccer Club of the Red River Valley effective Jan. 1, 2018.
"This combination provides a unique opportunity to enhance the experience of our players, coaches, and parents," Dave Pritchard, executive director of FM United said in a press release.
West Fargo Soccer Club president Michael Raum stated: "FM United and West Fargo Soccer Club share a commitment to player development, and by joining forces we can offer our players a stronger offering of programs to help their personal and athletic development."
The clubs plan to conduct their winter season together as United Soccer Club starting in January 2018. United Soccer Club will offer a full competitive and recreational program in the spring/summer and fall of 2018.
