If that's true, Darrius Shepherd made a great one in his first preseason game with Green Bay.
In the second quarter, as quarterback DeShone Kizer ran outside the pocket, he found the former Bison pass catcher in the end zone. The throw was a high, but the NDSU alum went up and made the grab.
When he came down, he took a massive hit but held onto the ball all the way through the catch, resulting in a 14-yard score.
Afterwards, Shepherd made his first Lambeau Leap after his teammates encouraged him to make the jump.
The effort on the catch and the joy of the leap earned Shepherd Sports Sunday play of the week.
