FARGO — The Fargo Force scored four unanswered goals to skate past the Green Bay Gamblers 5-3 Friday in United States Hockey League action.
Benita Posa scored a pair of goals in the first period to give the Gamblers a 2-1 lead heading in to the second.
Ross Mitton scored twice for the Force. His second-period score began a run of four unanswered goals for the Force. Hank Crone scored in the second, and A.J. Drobot and Ben Meyers each found the back of the net in the third to cap scoring for the Force.
Fargo returns to the ice against Green Bay on Saturday at home.
