MOORHEAD-Former Minnesota State Moorhead wide receiver Damon Gibson is going to be watching the NFL Draft at the family farm near Beardsley, Minn.

The 6-foot-4, 240-pound Gibson projects to play tight end if he's able to make an NFL roster.

"I'm going to hang out for a bit and watch the draft with the family," Gibson said.

The NFL Drafts runs Thursday through Saturday in Arlington, Texas. The first round is Thursday night, the second and third rounds are Friday and the final four rounds are Saturday. If drafted, Gibson doesn't expect to hear his name called until the third day of the draft.

"I've heard sixth round, seventh round or free agent," Gibson said. "It would be nice to get drafted, but either way I'm looking to sign with a team and make a roster."
