Former FPS activities director Lockwood earns HOF honor

FARGO - Former Fargo Public Schools activities director Ed Lockwood was one of seven high school ADs inducted into the sixth Hall of Fame class of the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) on Tuesday in Maryland.

FARGO – Former Fargo Public Schools activities director Ed Lockwood was one of seven high school ADs inducted into the sixth Hall of Fame class of the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) on Tuesday in Maryland.
The event was part of the 45th annual Nation Athletic Directors Conference co-sponsored by the NIAAA and the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS).
Lockwood served as a high school athletic administrator in the state of North Dakota for 34 years holding positions at Mohall, Underwood, Williston and Fargo South.
In 2003, Lockwood was named the activities director for FPS a position he held until he retired in 2012.
