Sports fans: Here's a chance to have your comment appear on the front page of The Forum's sports section.

The Forum is asking readers to submit a comment from a game to appear in the "Speaking" area of our sports cover.

Fans are asked to e-mail their comments to speaking@forumcomm.com by 11 p.m. on the night of the event. The best comment will then appear in the next day's newspaper. Only comments from that day's events will be considered.

Voice your opinion of that night's Twins game, RedHawks game, auto racing, NASCAR, pro golf, high school varsity game, a big NBA trade, college football ... the list goes on and on. We do request that comments range from varsity high school sports and above.

Please include your name, phone number and the game/team you are referring to.

The Forum's sports staff will then select the best comment. A phone call verification will take place as soon as a comment is selected by the sports staff, no later than 11:30 p.m. Comments should be between 10-20 words long.

Please direct questions to Rob Beer, assistant sports editor, at rbeer@forumcomm.com .
