MARSHALL, Minn.-Four Minnesota State Moorhead track and field athletes produced first-place finishes Saturday, April 1, at the Southwest State Minnesota Mustang Open.

Senior Brady Speicher captured the men's 1,500 meter title and set a facility record with his time of 4 minutes and .28 seconds. Sophomore Jonas Matzen took first place in the high jump clearing 6 feet, 6 inches..

Senior Molly Montonye won the women's 1,500 meter in a facility record 4:43.08. Junior Caroline Jansen won the long jump with a leap of 18-6½.
