ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Emily Fox scored her 1,000th career point for Minnesota as the Gophers blew by Michigan 63-49 in Big Ten women's basketball on Sunday.
The Gophers also secured a first-round bye in the Big Ten Tournament with a top-four finish in the regular season.
Fox sparked the Gophers (20-10), recording 17 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds and 4 steals. Katie Ohm also scored 17 for Minnesota.
