GREELEY, Colo. - Amber Garrett pitched five shutout innings to lead North Dakota State to the Division I Independent tournament championship with a 9-0 victory against Northern Colorado in the title game Sunday.
Lynnae Foshag drove in two runs for the Bison. Garrett added three hits.
NDSU plays at Minnesota at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
