North Dakota State has a schedule opening for the 2011 season after Georgia Southern pulled out of its game scheduled for Sept. 17 at the Fargodome and replaced it with a home game against Presbyterian College.
Georgia Southern had to pay a $60,000 buyout to get out of the commitment.
