Fargo Force draft pick Gavin Hartzog has verbally committed to play his college hockey at the University of Wisconsin.
Hartzog, who visited the Badgers on Wednesday, was drafted in the fourth round by the Force in the USHL's entry draft on May 14.
Hartzog was chosen as the most valuable player of the Chicago Showcase in April and will be at the Force's tryout camp next weekend in Prior Lake, Minn.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound forward scored 23 goals in 21 games for Marquette University last season.
