FARGO - Jordan Haseleu scored the winning layup with three seconds remaining to lift Maple Valley to a 50-48 victory against Lidgerwood-Wyndmere in the first round of the North Dakota Class B, Region 1 boys basketball tournament the Fargo Civic Center.
No. 9-ranked Maple Valley (21-2) plays No. 3-ranked Central Cass (23-0) in the semifinals Tuesday at the Civic.
