LINCOLN, Neb. -- Brian Ward collected two hits, including a two-run homer in the fourth inning, to lift Fargo-Moorhead to a 6-5 victory against Lincoln in Northern League Baseball action Saturday at Haymarket Park.
Ward's home run in the fourth inning gave F-M the lead for good as Greg Salvevold collected his fourth victory of the season.
Salvevold allowed three runs in six innings to improve to 4-0.
Steve Montgomery struck out two through 1 2/3 innings for his fourth save of the season.
