THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. - Tyson Schoenborn tossed a complete game four-hitter as Moorhead defeated Thief River Falls 16-1 in Minnesota high school baseball on Monday.
Schoenborn (1-0) struck out four to pick up his first win of the season.
Teammates Chance Bitzer, Lucas Henry and Aaron Ostlund all collected two hits in the blowout.
Moorhead (4-3) plays West Fargo at 7:30 p.m. Friday in a weekend tournament.
