FERGUS FALLS, Minn. - Tajahn Cloud scored two touchdowns to lead Fergus Falls Hillcrest to a 26-7 win over Ada-Borup and a North Tri-County Conference title.
Hillcrest held Ada-Borup scoreless until Brady Balzum scored on a 31-yard touchdown pass from Aaron Kappes. Hillcrest forced five turnovers.
"Our defense played really well," Hillcrest head coach Charlie Brue said.
Jason Austinson led the Ada-Borup running game with 37 yards on 17 carries.
"Our goal was to stop Balzum and Austinson and our defense played great," Brue said.

Kyle Nash turned a botched punt attempt into a 54-yard gain in the fourth quarter, a play Brue said turned out to be key.
"It really put a cap on the game," he said.
Hillcrest finished with 233 yards rushing to Ada-Borup's 81.
