Bethel upends Cobbers in overtime to advance in MIAC women's hockey tournament

MOORHEAD—Kennedi Mitchell scored in overtime to lift Bethel to a 4-3 victory against Concordia on Thursday in the first round of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's hockey tournament at the Moorhead Sports Center.

Amanda Fleming lead the Cobbers (9-12-5) with two goals. Megan Dondelinger added a goal for Concordia. Bethel scored the final two goals of the third period to rally from a 3-1 deficit and force overtime.
