FARGO — South-Shanley grinded out an East Region boys hockey win over North on Tuesday night at Scheels Arena.

The game’s lone goal came from Carson Dean, his first this season. Goalie Zach Sandy tallied the shutout for the Bruins (16-4-1, 12-3-1 East Region).

North dropped to 9-10-2 overall and 6-8-2 in the East.

Fargo Davies 11, Grafton-Park River 0

FARGO — The Eagles tallied 84 shots on goal to race by Grafton-Park River in East Region play.

Ten different skaters found the back of the net for Davies, with Jackson Archbold scoring twice. Cameron Bullinger provided three assists.

Spoilers goalie Ryan O’Toole made 73 saves, while G-PR (4-15-1, 3-12-1 East Region) managed just 15 shots on goal.

Davies climbed to 16-4 overall and 11-4 in the East Region.

West Fargo 4, Devils Lake 2

WEST FARGO — The Packers broke a three-game losing streak, defeating Devils Lake in East Region action.

Tanner Nelson scored in the first period for West Fargo (13-8, 8-8 East Region). Colten Bossert added a goal in the second period, and Zayne Brunette and Devin Wolf each tallied in the third.

Packers goalie Gabe Pederson tallied 22 saves.

Aiden Moser and Austin Devier each scored a goal for the Firebirds (2-18-1, 1-14-1).

Grand Forks Central 13, West Fargo Sheyenne 0

GRAND FORKS — Central rolled to a convincing win over Sheyenne in East Region action.

Braden Panzer buried four goals to lead the Knights (18-3, 14-2 ER). Central had a 65-5 advantage in shots on goal.

Goalies Tyler Swanson and Peyton Buchholz tallied 45 and seven saves, respectively, for the Mustangs (3-18, 2-14).

GIRLS

West Fargo United 2, Devils Lake 1 (OT)

WEST FARGO — Trissa Olafson’s overtime strike gave United an East Region victory over Devils Lake.

Ashlyn Abrahamson drew first blood for the Firebirds (13-7) with a power-play goal in the first period. Jocelyn Hareland answered later in the period.

After the second and third periods went goalless, Olafson scored 7 minutes and 53 seconds into overtime to win it for West Fargo (7-12).

United outshot Devils Lake 33-25.
